Roddy and Gabby were adopted from the ScPA in 2014 and are back due to a sudden change in their owner’s circumstances. Roddy is a chocolate lab cross who was born in July 2013. His owner tells us that he is fine with most dogs, especially once he has got to know them. He has a very protective nature and will bark but has never bitten. Roddy is quite good on the lead after a bit of initial excitement, and he has great recall too, just whistle and he will come back to get a treat and a cuddle. He is fine with cats inside the house, but will chase after strange cats on a walk. He has been a very much loved dog and we would love him to find a new home soon.
